The number on the card is how many reps of each workout
Then a game of dice
large dice 1-6 was a different workout
With 5 minutes left we did a Ring of Fire. Holding a low plank we went around the circle and did a jerking once it’s your turn. Once you can’t hold plank anymore you are out. Scrooge won this one.
