With Feathers being under the weather, I took over the BD for today. No FNG's so did a quick disclaimer.
Short mosey around the parking lot
Circled up near the flag and did SSH, Weedpickers, World's Greatest Streatch, Forward and Backward arm circles, Michael Phelps.
Then moseyed to the field.
Today's BD consisted of Four Corners of the lacross field. 5 reps of exercise 1 done on first corner, 10 reps of 2nd exercise added on second corner, 15 reps of 3rd exercise added on third corner, 20 reps of 4th exercise added on fourth corner. Done as a group.
Round 1 exercises:
Curbless Mike Tysons
Staggered Merkins (10 each side)
Round 2 exercises:
Alpha count lunges
Single leg calf raises
Round 3 exercises:
Then went to the bleachers to perform 11's
Dips/Step-ups with mosey around the parking lot after each
Prayers for Israel/Palestine - PEACE
Prayers for Speedo and the wedding
Prayers for Feathers and quick recovery
