Been working to add more weight into my general HIIT and running routine, and the Meathouse is a great place to do that while experiencing great fellowship. Felt proper to grab the Q, as I've never led at Meathouse before.

With plenty of time still on the clock we partnered up for a quick Dora. 100 renegade rows (non-alternating shoulder taps) (single), 150 squats, 200 flutter kicks (alpha). While one partner performs the exercise, the other partner holds his coupon straight out until failure. Q allowed for a modification to Cusack hold.
As most were close to finishing the flutter kicks, headed back to the flag. 2 minutes of Mary. Freddy Mercury, Dying Cockroach, Box Cutter. Fin.
