Decided to rehash my first ever Q from three years ago.  Plus we added some stuff at the end.


I was super tired & sore from backpacking, so we did a standard routine and then added hangover stretches.  Always good to loosen up on a Monday morning.

The Thang:

Vicious Circles: Using the mid-field circle, Clockwise Bear Crawl in a row, last PAX runs to center & does 5 Burpees, then goes to the front of the row & continue.  Then... Counter-clockwise Crab Walk, last PAX does 30 AC Freddie Mercury's. 5 Corners escalator:
  • 10 Little Baby Flutter Kicks
  • 20 Sumo Squats (with yell)
  • 30 Mercans
  • 40 Bonnie Blairs SC
  • 50 American Hammers AC
Escalators build at each corner.  At the end, de-escalate back to the beginning. Captain Thor BB's & Amercan Hammers, 1:4, 2:8, 3:12...10:40 Jack Webb Mercans & Air Press, 1:4, 2:8, 3:12...10:40 2 Mins of Mary back at the flag.
