The Thang:

mosey down the hill toward the high school.  Cross the street and down the sidewalk to the walking trail that runs behind JCHS. Part 1 - mosey down trail stopping at every lamp post for 1 set rep of a single exercise per stop. lamp 1- 5x Burpees lamp 2 - 5x Hand release merkins lamp 3 - 5x jump squats lamp 4 - 5x bonnie blairs alpha lamp 5- 10x Burpees lamp 6 - 10x Hand release merkins lamp 7 - 10x jump squats lamp 8 - 10x bonnie blairs alpha lamp 9- 15x Burpees lamp 10 - 15x Hand release merkins lamp 11 - 15x jump squats lamp 12 - 15x bonnie blairs alpha Part 2 - mosey to the hill near JCHS football field and partner up for Dora.  PAX 1 will Bernie sanders halfway up the hill , then run the rest.  Pax 2 - works on the the exercises.  then switch
