Started off with some side straddle hops, weed pickers, arm circles forward and back, and Copperhead squats. We then moseyed over to the bakery and circled up…
YHC attempted to wake up the PAX by initiating SSH 21s. I performed the counting out loud through rep #5 while the PAX attempted to stop in unison on #21 in silence. First attempt was pretty close. However the penalty of 10 burpees was required. Second attempt was actually worse than the first. 10 burpees again required. Last chance… we just went to 10 reps on this one but still couldn’t quite get it so 5 burpees required. We could have stayed there all day but I decided to move on.
We all moseyed down to the church to Chapel Hill (go Heels!) where we partnered up for some Dora 1 2 3. Traveling PAX would bear crawl up the hill (happy about the super soft grass instead of the usual asphalt) and mosey back down the path while partner performed exercises as follows:
100 Hand Release-Release Mercans
200 Monkey Humpers
300 4-count LBCs
From there we jogged past Homer’s Donut and back to the main parking lot, stopping for a couple of sets of lunges for the Six.
Running short on time, YHC quickly instructed PAX to perform 10 Mercans at every other parking lot line on the way back to the flag.
