PAX (16): Birdie, Cookie, Ha-ha, MillerTime, Nacho Libre, Scampi, Tricycle (Mike Stolorena), Tsunami, Zohan, Yellowstone, Training Wheels, Biebs, Lasso, Merle, Lightfoot

Preamble:

Apologies for the extended time – I’d blame old age, but it’s terrible excuse. It’s a good thing I had this things written down (as well as mimicking the first week of a modified IPC)……

Warm-O-Rama:

13 each of:

SSH, Imperial Walkers, Shoulder Taps, Mountain Climbers, Plank Jacks

The Thang:

  1. From the b-ball court, out and back to the entrance 400M run, GRAB A GIRLFRIEND AND….
  2. Conduct 45 of each of the following exercises, followed by 8 burpees before moving onto the next:
    1. Hand release mercans
    2. 45 big boys
    3. 45 goblet squats
    4. 45 dips
    5. overhead presses
    6. 4 count flutter kicks
    7. kettlebell swings
  3. Complete a final 400m out and back run
  4. Circle up, conduct Overhead presses ring of fire style (made it 7 times around)
  5. Mary – 10 pickle pounders, 10 seconds of a plank…and that was TIME
