Conduct 45 of each of the following exercises, followed by 8 burpees before moving onto the next: Hand release mercans 45 big boys 45 goblet squats 45 dips overhead presses 4 count flutter kicks kettlebell swings Complete a final 400m out and back run Circle up, conduct Overhead presses ring of fire style (made it 7 times around) Mary – 10 pickle pounders, 10 seconds of a plank…and that was TIME COT:Wishing everyone a great Labor Day weekend!
