We had thunder and lightning in the Roswell area from 4am to 5am. We considered calling it, but the weather calmed down and we’re back on!
Windmill x 10
Imperial walker x 10
Mountain climber x 10
Sun gods x 10
Copperhead squats x 10
The PAX mosey’d a lap around the parking lot. At the top of the hill, we lined up. The first person ran up and down the hill, while the rest of the PAX did an exercise. The exercise would change as a new PAX member would run their lap down/up the hill. The exercises included planking, lunges and copperhead squats. After each person ran their lap, partner up!
There are 4 lights lined up vertically along the parking lot. The first light is the starting point. Partner A will bear crawl to the second light, run to the third light, then bear crawl to the last light. We rotated to crab walk later in the beat down, then back to bear crawl. Partner B would stay at the starting point to work on the exercise. Each of these exercises and reps were to be completed as a team:
100 Thrusters w/KB
150 Lunges w/KB
200 Swings w/KB
200 Halo’s w/KB
In the last minute, we did a round of plank jacks and finished with more planking.

I’m glad we got this one in. Thanks to the PAX for showing up and working their butt off this morning.
