Corner 3 – Repeat corner 1, rep count goes up 5 to 10.
Corner 4 – Repeat corner 3, rep count goes up 5 to 10.
Corner 4 – Repeat corner 1, rep count goes up 5 to 15.
Etc until finishing corner 4 with 30 reps of each exercise. Left the cinderblocks and went to the hill. PAX took a break by taking turns running to the bottom of the hill and doing 10 merkins while remaining PAX did lunges and side lunges.
Return to four corners works, restarting at 5 reps per exercise. Went until the clock ran out.
