Heavy air as the PAX assembled for a BallBoy sweat generator. Homer declined the offer of a beatdown and headed off into the Gloom for his Tuesday ruck session.
The rest of the group got loose with:
YHC instructed the group to Cusack the block and follow me. Potter seemed pissed because he immediately shattered his block in protest. No worries though as we rerouted to the parking deck where a couple of extra heavy blocks were just itching to be used as a spare.
We headed to the oval and stopped at the first lamppost for orientation.
6 reps of Exercise 1, descending by 1 rep at each lamppost.
1 rep of Exercise 2, ascending by 1 rep at each lamppost (back to 6).
Lunge between posts on the way out, walk between posts on the way back
After completing the oval, drop coupon and mosey-ruck one lap

1) Kettle bells / Squats
2) Blockees / Walkover Mercans (drop the lunges for this one because suckage)
3) Curl Presses / Skull Crushers
Getting short on time, we circled up around the splashpad for some Ring of Fire. Blocks overhead, one at a time the PAX lowered and raised their blocks. Proceed until one HIM remains with block overhead. Saint20 and Puff Daddy went next level (and I think Puffy edged him out). Way to push!
Leaving coupons behind, PAX moseyed to the Dodecahedron (or whatever) and circled up, held on, and leaned back for an incline pull-up Ring of Fire. We continued until the count reached 100 and YHC called time. PAX retrieved their coupons and returned to the flag.
