The YHC was thinking about running some strides on the field while keeping the muscles strong.


We mosied to the parking lot.

The Thang:

We lined up in the end zone with our natural coupon and performed the following:

4 Rounds of:

25 Chest Press

25 Rows

25 Curls

Sprint or Build to sprint to the following end zone. Jog back.


3 Rounds of:

20 Merkins

20 Goblet squat

Bear crawl 15 yards then run to the 50 and back.

Our core was feeling neglected, so we proceeded to 4 corners of core

20 LBCs

20 Big Boys

20 flutter kicks

20 J-Los

We mossy back to the flag but quickly stopped for 5 pull-ups. With some time spare, the PAX did a call-out of exercises before we wrapped.
