5 rounds of:
15 curls, 15 shoulder presses, 15 rows, 15 goblet squats, run to bottom of lot and back. Start next round.
Run to upper field: Corner to corner sprints x 6 (was 10). 5 burpees after sprint. Walk/ Jog the goal lines and repeat Q called an audible after 2nd round and decided to run the length of the field instead of corner to corner
5 rounds were planned. 2 we’re completed of the following:
10 jumping squats, 15 LBCs, 20 Merkins, 25 dips, 30 lunges (15 each leg), 35 mountain climbers (70 total), 40 American hammers (tap each side = 1 rep). Lap around the field. Rinse/repeat
