Mosey to the field. A few light stretches. Quick round of “7’s” (6 Burpees / 1 Jump Squat). Then PAX counted off 1/2. There were shockingly no issues with the count this time. Weird.
On the baseline! At the various lines (blue, top of the box, mid field, far box, far blue line, & far baseline), each member of the team will complete the following exercises. Both winners and losers will get a prize!
10 Burpees, 10 Jump Squats, 10 Monkey Humpers. Mosey to the next line.
