YHC switched from Friday to Sunday, but that extra time did not mean extra prep into the Q. Quite the opposite happened. Starting planning at 9 pm Sunday night, trying to incorporate some static exercises.
Circle up by the flag for the following:
SSH, toy soldiers, peter Parker’s, and mountain climbers.
then moseyed over to the playground.
Partner up for some static exercises. Nothing quite like dead hangs and wall sits to start off the week. We started it off with the following:
P1: dead hang
P2: 25 merkins, 25 jump squats, then switch.
Once both partners finished, run up the hill and do 10 burpees at the top, then come back for another round. Did 3 rounds of these.
next up was:
P1: wall sit
P2: 15 BBSUs and 30 hammers, then switch.
same run and burpees at the top. Got through 3 rounds.
lastly, we bear crawled/bunny hopped back to the flag, changing at each light post.
got back in time for a round of hammers before time.
Prayers for the Nelson family that lost their 10 yr old unexpectedly, as well as all those headed off to college.
