Rising BLIMPS (adjusted): Starting at corner 1, conduct 5 Block Rows; Zamperini Carry to corner 2, add 10 block Lunges. Zamperini to corner 3, add 15 Incline Presses; Zamperini to corner 4, add 20 block Mercans; Zamperini back to corner 1, add 25 Plank Jacks (on the block); Zamperini to corner 2, add 30 Squats. Air Chair for the 6. Zamperini back to corner 1. Pick up the boom box and Farmer’s Carry blocks to the Town Center Green.
11’s – starting at the fountain, conduct 10 Kettlebell Swings. Farmer’s Carry to the entrance to the path behind the theater. Conduct 1 Squat Thruster. Rinse and repeat through the full 11’s cycle to 1 KBS and 10 Squat Thrusters. Farmer’s Carry back to the flag
7’s – still with the coupon, conduct 6 curls immediately followed by 1 wall dip. Rinse and repeat through the cycle to 1 curl and 6 dips.
Mary – Gas Pumpers, Flutter Kicks, Crunchy Frogs (Pigtails – you suck!), LBC’s, Box Cutters, J-Lo’s, and Dying Cockroaches (and that was TIME!)

Group ruck (if you choose) with 1:00 PM wheels up from Doublegate Swim Tennis. Celebration afterward at the Doublegate Pool.
