Today we plan three rounds of ‘One’s Gotta Go’. Each round has five exercises. The pax do all five and then individually choose one of them to cut and do the other four. Cut again and again until you have just one left. Each count is 20 reps, Alpha where it matters.
Burpees (First to be cut by everyone), Squats, LBC, A Lap, and SSH.
American Hammers, Lap, Mercans, Lunges, and Mountain Climbers.
Dips, Calf Raises, Lap, Imperial Walkers, Leg Lifts
A good challenge on whether you want to quickly cut the items you hate or know where you need the focus and maybe keep those Mercans around a little longer (like myself)
