SSH, windmills, cherry pickers, arm circles and Michael Phelps.
Corner 1 – Lunges, Monkey Humpers, Fire Hydrants, Calf Raises
Corner 2 – Hand Release Merkins, Burpees, Flutter Kicks, Rosalitas
Corner 3 – Peter Parkers, Parker Peters, Peter Pointers (aka Alabama Prom Night), Mountain Climbers
Corner 4 – Carolina Dry Docks, SHH, LBC’s, IW’s
Middle – 4 Merkins, 5 Squats
Run to corner 1 do 45 Lunges, run back through the middle and do 4 Merkins, 5 squats. Run to corner 2, do 45 hand release merkins. Run back to the middle and do 4 merkins, 5 squats. Then to corner 3. Keep doing this with 45 reps of the exercise until time is called.
MOC – Shared that I’m not really a fan of playing music during my Q’s. Takes away from the experience of being in the gloom. Love being able to hear nature at that time of the day.to me it’s what makes posting in the gloom different from being at the gym. If I wanted music, I’d go back to the gym. Give me the nature!!
