Return to 10 second hold/10 pickle pounders/10 second hold sequence. Repeat same for 20 American Hammers, 20 LBC’s, 20 Gas Pumpers. Mosey to the wall
11’s with wall dips and Mike Tysons. Travel across parking lot with walking lunges. Mosey to the theater
Tabatas, doing 5 burpees during each work session of 20 seconds, air chair during the 10 seconds of active rest. Mosey to the cross walk
Perform reps of 5/10/15/20/15/10/5 of Copperhead Jump Squats, doing 1 Burpee between each set. At end of sequence, Bernie Sanders to the second set of parking spaces, Bernie Sanders back. Repeat sequence with Monkey Humpers, Imperial Walkers for the 6. Bernie Sanders mosey lap back to the flag.
Perform sequence of 10 weedpickers, 10 Moroccan nightclubs, and 28 4-count SSH’s. And that was time.
