Seemed like it was about time for me to Q the Meathouse, so here we go.
Quick warmup of squats, weed pickers, and plank jacks.
Grab your block and we headed to the parking lot on the other side of the theater. The PAX lined up and we did 3 sets of 11’s:
skull crushers and overhead presses
curls and block merkins
calf raises and goblet squats
Next we carried our blocks Zampirini style around the back side of the theater to the stage. Here we did a Mini-Cooper which is 5 of each the following exercises then a half loop without the block and then decrease exercises by 1 and repeat.
Blockees (burpees with block)
Bent over row
Finished just in time!
