A few weeks ago, one of the regulars at The Boneyard pointed out that YHC’s playlists were getting a little light…..and perhaps the beatdowns were, too. Not to worry, one should ALWAYS be open to constructive criticism. Thus, YHC went back to the lab, embraced the “Birdie Principle” (i.e., simple ruthless efficiency) and combined it with the Joe Weider “Shock Bomb Principle” (i.e., just work the same muscles over and over repeatedly until you’re dog tired). So, with a veteran crew, gave a quick disclaimer and off we went.
10 each of Weedpickers, Willie Mays Hays, Hillbillies, Moroccan Nightclubs, and Michael Phelps (no SSH’s – more on that later). Grab coupons, take them to Mater’s Parking Lot, then mosey toward the tennis courts and back.
All exercises done with reps of 5-10-15-20-15-10-5, with 20 SSH’s in between each set. At the end of each sequence, Zamperini across the narrow end of the parking lot, conduct 5 curls, then Zamperini back. Imperial Walker for the 6:

When YHC looks at the list of folks who worked out this morning, as well as who the site Q is for The Boneyard, it puts a smile on his face. Love to see the AO growing organically and building roots. As always, a privilege to lead the acceleration process!
