Using my infinite wisdom, I signed up to Q the day after returning from a beach vacation. Surprisingly, I was refreshed and ready to lead. Our goal was to stay moving today.
Mosey to fountain and gathered around to warm up.
At all cost we avoided the SSH. No matter how hard my mind wanted to call it. Instead we chose Moroccan night clubs, copperhead squats, and good mornings.
Next we gathered at top of stairs for 11s. Burpees and Star Jumps, because Darth would choose those and I was feeling Darth like. For no apparent reason, I flipped to 10 burpees and 1 star jump just keep fellow PAX minds engaged.
After 11s we moved to lawn at stage for DORA: 100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 overhead claps.
After classic beat down was complete, we took a long slow mosey back to flag.

Today is day one of 75 hard for myself. Starting out at 273 lbs. Goal is to reach 240 lbs. in 75 days. Hold me accountable fellas. I encourage everyone to keep accelerating.
