Mosey around the parking lot in order to warm our muscles, then performed SSH’s, Imperial Walkers, Hill Billy’s, and weed pickers. Then headed off to the field.
Did three rounds of exercises while listening to a mix of tunes to break the gloom:
First, we partnered up…a group of wisemen and young bucks was formed with a couple groups of middle aged men as well.
Round 1 – Partner 1 would run around the sidelines of the field as partner 2 would perform an exercise, then switch as Partner 1 arrived and Partner 2 took off all while accumulating a total number of the exercise. We did three sets of this – 50 Burpees, 125 Merkins, 200 Squats.
Round 2 – We circled up to perform an exercise as each partner group would take turns moseying off. The moseying was a 30 yd bear crawl with a lunge walk back to the goalline. When the partner group arrived, another set off on the mosey and the group exercise changed. We did – SSH’s, WW1 sit-ups, Penguins/Duck Waddles, leg lifts.
Round 3 – As a single team, we performed merkin holds. Q called down, we held the merkin for a 3 count then up.
Lastly, we ran to the flag and completed time by cutting some boxes while on our six.
