YHC gave a rest from running and called for a round of Captain Thor. After sitting on our rears though, it was time for a strong finish so we lined up at midfield to make our way backwards through the Welsh Dragon again, 10 reps down to 1.
Mary was done for the Six, then another lap around the field and back to the flag for more Mary to close out.
