7’s at the stairs, Burpees up top, Big Boys at the bottom, SSH for the six.
Mosey to the field where we deconstructed the Burpee:
-Starting on one sideline with 3 Burpees, running to the other sideline and performing 20 Groiners and running back. Repeater with 15, 10, and 5 Groiners each time.
-Next set, same count but replace Groiners with Merkins.
-Last set, same count but replace Merkins with Bobby Hurleys.
When done, circled up at mid field and did 100 Burpees – 10 Burpees per minute for 10 minutes.
