Mosey to the baseball bricks.
2 Step Ups (alpha count) followed by 2 squats. Keep going and add 2 step ups each rep
Dips & Derkins. 10/10 rep count. Go for time (we only did approx. 2 minutes)
Mosey to the cheese grater. Q called for mini murph. Pull Up station (10 rep), Merkin station (go until rotation), and a run station. PAX went for time (approx. 15-20 mins)
Mosey to the field. On the sideline. QIC called for a mixture of run / bernie/ and bear crawl across the width of the field. Back on the line, QIC instructed the PAX to do 10 step ups, 10 merkins, and 10 jump squats. We continued to rep count of 15.
Mosey to the baseline. QIC called for another mixture of bear crawl / lunge / mosey / sprint.
