Given the lactic acid buildup in the tuchus from Wednesday, wasn’t gonna happen – hence, a decent crowd at the Bridge. Given an FNG, standard disclaimer was given, and off we went….

11’s with lunge walk: Starting at the rubberized play surface, conduct 1 goblet squat, then lunge walk to the brick walls preceding the memorial. Conduct 10 dips, lunge walk back. Disclosure – started with Bernie Sanders, adjusted to lunge walks as there was a HUGE opportunity for someone to get a boo-boo with the tight quarters for the travel. Disclosure 2- At 9 trips through, adjust to mosey, as we’d still be out there if we kept with the lunges

Prayers for 2.0’s returning from college, going out for graduation parties, and going on senior trips – may they all make good decisions and return safe. Prayers for parents as everyone adjusts to kids at home after school is done.
