Switch-a-Q was in effect today. QIC didn’t look at the Q sheet until Sunday midday. Monday was empty and I had Wednesday. Let’s Rotate. Call was sent out to fill up Wednesday and Friday. Wreckers stepped up. Filled the week and the remainder of May. Nice work gents. Showed up early to deliver the Board of Pain to the playground. So excited that QIC forgot to set the Flag. Genius! The numbers started rolling in; 5:30 hit and off went went.

Arrived at Playground to find our Board of Pain waiting. 4 Rounds of 4 exercises with 50 Reps per exercise. Run the Hill in between the rounds. Start wherever you want but push yourself to finish. Rounds consisted of:
50X – Burpees, Hi-Lo Plank, Calf Raises, Ski Abs – Run the Hill
50X – Merkins, Deep Squats [not shallow 🙂 ], LBC, Dips – Run the Hill
50X – Curls, Shoulder Taps, Donkey Kicks, SSH – Run the Hill
50X – Stone Mountains, American Hammers, Jump Squats, Shrugs – Run the Hill
Several PAX completed and went back for seconds. Moseyed back to the Flag for 2 mins of Mary
