Started to run out of the parking lot when another vehicle came, so run a loop to catch the late comer. Alas, not an F3 man but a park employee. Oh well.
6 strong continued mosey toward the pond. Not the magnificence of a sunrise over the Windjammer lake, but it will do.
SSH, windmills, imperial walkers, world’s greatest stretch and Moroccan night clubs.
Continue to mosey outside of the park from the back and up toward Kimball Bridge Road.
This thang was intended to be visible from the main road. Let them know we’re here.
At the first street light 15 merkins and 15 squats. At the second light 15 big boys and 15 air presses. Then 14 of each, 13… Finish at the cul de sak the last 5 rounds.
After we did 13 of each the mosey between street lights changed to Lunges. Afterwards changed to Broad Jumps, then Bear Crawls.
After a quick 10 count we did a very short mosey to the very entrance of the park and partnered up.
One pax run down to the bottom of the road and back up, while the second stays behind doing AMRAP of the given exercise. We did 3 rounds – american hammers, lbcs and jump squats.
A loooong walking 10 count and mosey toward the stairs for standard calf raises. 1st on the 1st stair, 2 on the 2nd and so on. Restart on each plateau. Cries of pain, mostly from me, broke silence. Monkey humpers for the 6 were not the smartest call ever made.
Mosey to the pavilion for 20 Derkins, 20 Dips and 20 single count step ups. Rinse and repeat.
With just a few min left we moseyed back toward the virtual flag for flatter kicks, Freddie mercury and dolly.
