Everyone grab a coupon and head to the football field for 4 corners with merkins mixed in at mid field. After partnering up and attempting to explain the workout, but getting several blank stares (understandably so, there was a lot to process) , we got started.
2 exercises at each of the 4 corners, partner A completed exercise 1 while partner B ran to midfield, 10 merkins and ran back. Partner B’s turn for exercise 1 while partner A headed to midfield and back. As soon as both partners completed the 2 exercises and 2 trips to midfield we moved to the next corner.
During the transition from corner to corner we back peddled the end zones and side shuffled the sidelines, switching lead leg at the 50.

Two rounds were completed, finished with a round of Mary w/ coupons…..Back to the Flag!
Donor is fast approaching the end of his year as site coordinator and looking to transition in the next 30-45 days, if interested or have recommendations get with Donor.
Keep moonbeam in your thoughts, we never know when we will be called upon to listen and provide support to those in need, but when they are hurting and reach out the men of F3 are willing and ready to assist.
