Somehow YHC was allowed to find a spot on the jam packed Q sheet and after a few of pushing around weight and building strength, it was a day to build speed and stamina. Dark and stormy upon arrival, the rain stopped and it made for perfect weather for a BD.
Thank you to TheBurn for making an appearance as the Morton Man and bringing the customized, light up and bedazzled flag. If it wasn’t such a jerry-rigged contraption, it would be almost too pretty for the Badapple roughnecks.

Starting on the back field with at the first tree in a line evenly spaced 100 yards long, the PAX were given instructions for a modified 1st & 10 workout.
Run to first tree (5 merkins, 5 burpees), sprint rest of the field and jog back to the same tree
Run to the next tree (5 merkins, 5 burpees) sprint rest of the field and jog back to that tree of exercise
Repeat until no more trees to run too. 8 rotations in total.
Mosey to the hill and pick up coupon of choice and a brick en route.

Big props to Goat who was looking mighty buff after completing the Murph prior to the BD. ~400 Merkins will do that to a man. Not a lot of talking or breaks during this BD.
