Preamble:

I hadn’t been to Jericho in a while since “the Split”.  Was looking forward to bringing some East Side love to the less-desirable side.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the bottom of the hill for warm up
WMH, WP, Good mornings, Reverse lunges, Sun Gods

The Thang:

Somewhat of an extension of the warm up to get the heart rate up.  Catch me if you can, up to the coupon pile at the top of the hill.  One guy mosey’s, the other does 5 SSH then runs to catch.

The board was set up at the football field for a little Cinco de Mayo beat down.  Some Dora was in store, of course, being that she was Mexican…I’m pretty sure.   One guy runs across the width of the field then runs backwards back. The other guy does the exercises, all up to a cumulative rep count.
