Preblast with questionably appropriate gif to build some interest was met with vulgar interpretations from the Pax. Bunch of perverts apparently. Still, YHC had their attention so off we went.

All exercises pulled from the ‘D’ section of the exicon.
Starting at the water park pavilion, 11’s with Derkin’n’Diayes on the picnic tables and Donkey kicks on the side of the rec center. The expletive ‘drat’ or some 4-letter variation was used extensively during this one.
After a walking 10-count we found ourselves on the baby butt smooth pavement heading down the modest hill to the main road (bonus points for whoever knows the actual name of that road). We Dirty Harry’d down to the stop sign. Crab walk but every step you extend your leg out in front (or back) of you. Some footsie patty cake was involved.
Mosey to the middle of the park pavilion parking lot for some DirtyMacDeuce. This involved three exercises performed in 12 4-count reps then run around the parking lot. Repeat for a total of three rounds. Exercises were Diamond merkins, BBSUs, squats/squat jumps. Total reps were 72 for each.
Just enough time to mosey back to the flag for some Dive Bombers. Basically it’s a downward dog moving into some other yoga pose without your chest touching the ground. Look it up for a better explanation.
Prayers for Judy’s mom as she recovers from her second major surgery in a short time.
