YHC was all excited about seeing the new cafeteria at The Bound. The building had been in progress for some time, but all is now complete. The only thing left to do was actually get to the beatdown. Unfortunately, something changed in the traffic light timing on Jones Bridge, so much so that a 30-second cycle was now at 4 minutes (at 2 different stops). With a message to the PAX of a hot landing, the RAM 1500 came into The Bound parking lot on 2 wheels. Running to the gaggle that was meeting 30 yards further away than normal, YHC was able to gather himself with 10 seconds to spare, and off we went. Two FNG’s required full disclaimer, but it was given expeditiously.

Mosey to the top of the rise at the campus entrance
11’s pairing Carolina Drydocks with Monkey Humpers, running to the bottom of the rise after CDD’s, then back up after MH’s. Imperial Walker for the 6, then pickup the 6 on last cycle. Mosey to the basketball court.
Descending BLIMPS – Starting at the baseline, conduct 5x Burpees, 10x alpha Lunges, 15x Imperial Walkers, 20 x Mercans, 25x Plank Jacks, 30x Squats. Complete round 1, bear crawl across the court, repeat EXCEPT drop last exercise until completing only Burpees, Hillbilly for the 6.
Circle up – Mary with Gas Pumpers x 15, LBC’s X 25
Multiple Prayers – including safe travels, pregnancies, successful graduation to next phase for the Bound Men who moving on, and recovery from cancer and heart issues.
