Windy morning start on the dam with warm up of Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Copperhead Squats, Weed pickers, Arm Circles and Michael Phelps
Headed to the sports park for 4/26 circuits of:
4 times (26 flutters, 26 Mountain Climbers, 13 Swerkins,13 Pull ups (alternate dips) followed by a lap around the field
Finished at the park with 26 merkins and 26 lunges up the hill.
Returned to the flag and grabbed coupons for circuits of 26 shoulder press, 26 skull crushers, 26 rows and 26 curls followed by a sprint up the hill and jog back down. Didn’t quite get to 4 sets. Returned to the flag for a burpee so that the workout included one.
Blood drive coming up June 2nd. Prayers for Townie’s Dad as he goes through treatment and NRA’s mom for a speedy recovery.
