Today’s BD consisted of a Tabada Board of Pain. This was good for veterans who wanted to push themselves by doing AMRAPs and newer guys just starting to pace themselves. Goal was to just keep moving. Q had timer and was supposed to set it for 30 seconds on and 15 seconds off but due to technology incompetency, we all ended up doing 40 seconds on and 15 seconds off.
First round of exercises were:
Shoulder presses (coupon)
Bent over rows (coupon)
Followed by a quick run around the parking log
Second round consisted of:
Side to side merkins (coupon)
Big boy sit ups
Followed by another run
Third round was PAX’s choice from the board of pain.
Then mosey back to the flag and quick Mary with Dieing cockroach and Flutter kicks.
