The Thang:

It was a hazy morning…..for some reason…..

We lined up between third base and home plate on the field of dreams. We sprinted towards the fence in right field. After we got there we did 20 squats. We sprinted back and did 20 more squats.

We did this once more for a total of 4 sprints and 80 squats.

We circled up around the pitchers mound and did 4 rounds of:

– 20 American Hammers – Alpha
– 20 Flutters – Alpha
– 20 Gas Pumpers
– 20 Hello Dollies

We then tried the best drug known to man…Burpees.

20 Burpees

Next we grabbed some coupons and did 4 rounds of the following.

– 20 Thrusters
– 20 OH Press
– 20 Rows
– 20 Curls

After all this work we headed to concession stand to satisfy our munchies.

It was closed so we did 20 more burpees.

Followed by:

– 20 Merkins
– 20 Dips
– 20 Mountain Climbers-Beta
– 20 Squats

We accomplished 2ish rounds of this before we needed to head back to the flag.

We got back to the flag with enough time to knock out some more burpees!

Naked-Man Moleskin:

I appreciate everyone who came out this morning.

I also appreciate the example that every man in F3 sets. It’s not always easy to push yourself. But at F3 I’m surrounded by men who are constantly pushing themselves to be better, not only physically, but in all areas of their lives.

Thanks for the leadership this year Fanny Pack!

I hope to continue to set the example and push others like you and other men in F3 have.
