Been a while since we’ve had a proper coupon BD, so Q spun up a Guardian’s playlist for the occasion.
Load coupon and carry as you like to the first parking lot for the following warm-ups:
As Q started provided instructions, the swell of an audible mutiny could be heard as PAX protested the suggestion that we push coupons across the world’s most decrepit parking lot. YHC acquiesced to keep us in the good graces of our RAP overlords and called for modifications. Instructions were given as follows:
Murder-bunny to the end of the parking lot.
Perform 20 kettlebell swings.
Perform another 20 Kettlebell Swings, the plank for the six.
Murder-bunny to the end of the parking lot again.
Perform 20 squats.
Perform another 20 squats, then plank for the six.
Next up, slow mosey towards the grass hill where instructions were given to partner up and perform the following:
Starting at the bottom, PAX 1 farmer-carry coupons to the top while PAX 2 walks backwards to the top.
Both PAX perform 10 Thrusters at the top, then return to the bottom.
Change roles and rinse/repeat.
