Everyone grab two “brick size” rocks from the pallet of stones. Some PAX (Nacho) went a bit heavy. Having grabbed rocks we ran out the back gate and one road to the left to Meadow Lane which has no meadow and is a bit more than a lane. But it does provide a 6% grade for about 460 meters round trip to the bottom and back.
The Thang was that we kept the rocks in our hands for the whole workout. Running and exercises. 3 sets of each exercises, Tabata style and then a run to the bottom and back.

NLB banquet tonight
Sometimes you don’t want to get up. Sometimes you are just tired. Or don’t feel like it. Those are the days you post for the man to your left and right. Often, those are the days that a brother opens up to you and bares his soul and shares his troubles. The day you get to help an FNG through a first workout. And then another brother shares what is troubling him. This happened to me last week. Three different men needed my presence. Suddenly you know you are where you are supposed to be! We post not only for ourselves but for our brothers as well. Who will you be there for this week?
