The Thang:

Head to the football field for a couple routines working the Core and Legs.

First we did Bruce Lee. 3 sets of 20 reps each. Run 200 yards between each set. Then 3 sets of 30 reps each. Run 100 yards between each set.

  • Leg Raise
  • LBC
  • Heel Touch
  • Crunchy Frog
  • Run

Second we did two rounds of Lt. Dans. First round was Squats/Bonnie Blare. Second round was Sumo Squats/Reverse Lunge.

Mosey the long way home.
