After the FNG / VQ jokes were done, we got to work.


Quick warmup:

  • 10x Weed Pickers
  • 10x Copperhead Squats
  • 10x Toy Soldiers

The Thang:

First we went to the sit-up station.  Each PAX took a turn doing sit-ups while the others did the exercise called about by the PAX.  Upon completion of a full round, each PAX was required to do 20 reps of the exercise that they called out.  Sorry Goat.

Then we head to the field next to the school:

Round 1

  • 25 SSH each time you are at the starting line
  • Run out to the third tree – do 10 squats
  • Back pedal to starting line and restart

Each time out, add 2 trees and 10 reps.

Round 2

Same cadence, just with mountain climbers, lunges, and lateral shuffles with back to the school.

Round 3

Same cadence, just with no surrenders and lateral shuffles facing the school.
