we approached the pavilion and YHC pulled a bunch of index cards, placing them upside down in a 5X5 grid for a modified memory game. 12 pairs of exercises, plus a single card. Every round turn up 2 cards and do the exercises. If the cards matched then they are out of the board. Otherwise they are flipped back down.
The pairs had: 10 Burpees, 15 HR Merkins, Bear Crawl (from sidewalk to sidewalk and back), Sprint (to the mini library, mosey back), Run (down to the crosswalk and back), 25 Big Boys, 15 Bonnie Blairs alpha, 25 Flatter Kicks alpha, 10 Makhtars singles, 30 American Hammers alpha, 30 Squats, 25 Dips
The single card was 15 Peter Parkers, alpha.
The PAX were able to clear 5 pairs of cards, and somehow we did 3 sets of Peter Parkers, before time run out. The last exercise was the first time we picked up a Run and we had to modify it and cut it short. YHC was sure we’ll be able to finish this one just on time but no. PAX were later instructed to go home and practice playing with their kids.
