The opposite of 0 is infinity, right? So do we call this an Infinity.Infintiy, because running is the opposite of not-running? Not so fast my friends – mathematically, infinity can also equal 0. Its a barely comprehendible (and never fully comprehendible) paradox. It defies the laws of physics and space/time. But, mathematically it is correct. Example: if Infinity + Infinity = Infinity, then Infinity – Infinity (which is 0) = Infinity. Thus Infinity = 0, all the while, Infinity x Infinity = Infinity.

explained to pax that the time goals the chose (see pic) translated to estimated 5k paces between 20-28 mins. All did better than they expected. Proving we are all runners, even the non-runners. The 5k training plans these were pulled from are 1 month plans and these were the base required times for the plan. We can achieve way more than we give our selves credit if we are willing to get a little uncomfortable.
