Cars started to come into the parking lot so we moved to a different area.
Recovery – Walk like an Egyptian.
Line up facing same direction. Everyone lunge with left foot forward and hold position. Last man sprints forward. Everyone lunge so that right foot forward and hold position. Last man sprints forward. Continue till everyone had their turn.
First time YHC led this one, and instructions could have been clearer. PAX were standing too close to each and it was a bit messy. However, it was still a good active recovery.
Ring of Fire
divided into 5 groups. Group 1 does AMRAP Monkey Humpers. Group 2 LBCs. Group 3 Bonnie Blairs and Group 4 Flatter Kicks. Group 5 runs the length of the field and back, replacing Group 1 which replaces 2…
YHC thought we had till 6:15am, but forgot The Bound ends at 6:10am. We were able to complete about 3 rounds and had to stop and run back to the compound.
All men struggle, but we don’t have to do it alone. Share with others and you’ll get support. Sometimes just listening to you (which is helpful), sometimes with an advise. Most importantly, you’ll realize you’re not alone and you’re not unique. Other men went through similar challenges and they know what’s on the other side. This gives hope. Once you’re on the other side, you can do the same for others.
