6 HC’s yielded 6 PAX + a walk-by from Speedo as his knee is recovering. We all misread the weather report, thought the cold snap was still in full swing, and were way overdressed. Extra layers started dropping almost immediately.
Rifle carry the cinders to around the shrub path, drop them off at the top of the road-hill, then mosey out to a nearby coupon pile as we were 2 cinders short & needed to pick up 2 from the pile. Continue mosey to the pull up bars, passing the 2 coupons around to share the joy. Circle up for SSH, Weedpickers, Hillbillies, Arm Circles, & Michael Phelps.
Next was a round of Morning Call, then continue mosey to the nearby restroom pavilion. BBTW, last man standing. As you drop, wait for the ‘6’ in a low plank. Finally, continuing to pass the 2 extra coupons, we moseyed back to the cinders.

We started at the top of the road-hill, one partner exercises while the other runs down the hill then Bernie’s back up

Part 2: The Danger Zone
We finished the Dora together & then circled up & started a 10 minute loop of the exercises below. EMOM drop & do 3 burpees:
10x Squats (w/coupon)
10x OH Press
10x Lunges (SC w/ coupon)
We ran a tad late; 2 heroic PAX took the non-cinder coupons back to the pile.

Prayers for Angus’s mom & family, as they work through challenges with her health & addiction. Prayers for family of Candy Crush’s M’s student, looking for housing and facing possible homelessness.

This was a fun one b/c half of the guys are new-ish to me. Getting to know new men in this context is one of the most rewarding parts of F3. Thank you all for pushing me- It was a pleasure to lead.
