Honored to lead. I had done this workout on my own a week or so ago and was sore so wanted to try it again.


Mosey to top of hill. SSH, run to bottom of hill, Jump squats, run to top of hill, repeat with mtn climbers, toy soldier, windmill, merkins.

The Thang:

Grab lifting coupon.

Murph like setup with 10 pullups, 20 merkins, 10-20 curls. superset and up to 10 sets.

Change exercises for next superset…20 skull crushers, 20 diamond merkins, 10-20 front shoulder raises and shoulder flys with rock.
