Singlet started us off down by the new cafeteria with some SSH’s, Imperial Walkers, and some Willie Mays Hayes. Then he handed it off to Stay Puft.
Starting at the bottom of the hill. 1 Merkin – Run to the Basketball Court and start with the first of 5 Exercises (Squats, Bonnie Blairs, Monkey Humpers, Donkey Kicks, LBC’s). 31 Squats. Then to the top of the Hill for 14 Burpees. Back down to the Cafe for 2 Merkins then to the Basketball Court for 31 Bonnie Blairs (Alpha Count) back to the top for 13 Burpees. Continued this trend until the time ran out.
