Each pax carries a heavy object (a burden) and we take a tour of the park. Pain stations along the way where many merkins were done along with various other exercises. The new variant of the wolverine was introduced. With 7 min to go we ditched half the burdens and team carried the remainder.
We all have burdens we carry . We are not meant to walk alone. Often when we share those with our brothers it lightens the load for a season.
The purpose of this workout was a physical illustration of the benefit of coming along side your brother and helping carry the load.
