The Thang:

We will stay on the FOD and do a series of core and arms.

First up Mucho Chesto around the bases with a bear crawl in between. 10 reps each

Next a suicide run purely for core. Run to each stop and do the exercise. Add it on each time you pass the spot. Then work your way back down.

5 Big boys at pitchers mound
10 JLos at first base line
15 E2K each side at mid field
20 X Factor at the fence

Mucho Chesto part 2 Backward run in between

Four corners with 20x dips, 20x LBCs, 20x Shoulder Taps, 20X American Hammers

Mucho Chesto part 3 but for 1st and 3rd base line do burpee broad jumps. Bear crawl the others.

Back to the flag for Mercans to the six.

If you are on the core challenge (120 reps a day of some core) you earned: 235 reps plus any others you may have done waiting for the six. About two days worth. I plan to keep it going.
