Meltdown inadvertently gave YHC some pretty bad ideas a month or two ago, and said ideas were not forgotten with a Q on the calendar.
Cusack w/coupon up to the first parking lot for the following warm-ups:
Q directed PAX to continue with coupon, cusack-style, to the base of the drive up to the CAB and to count off by 2. With 2 groups properly sorted, instructions were given as follows:
Group 1 would Farmer Carry both coupons BACKWARDS up the hill waiting for a PAX to relieve them.
Group 2 would run to the speed-bump at the top of the hill, perform 1 Burpee, then seek out the six from Group 1 to relieve them.
Group 1/Group 2 PAX would continue to swap roles until everyone reached the speed-bump at the top.
Once at the top, Q directed all PAX to perform a set of exercises, cusack w/coupon to the bottom and repeat the same set of exercises until the next round was called. Exercise rounds included the following:
20 Overhead Press
20 Skull Crushers
50 Chest Press
With 8 minutes remaining, Q directed Group 1 PAX to farmer carry coupons on a circuitous route back to the flag while Group 2 PAX performed 20 Merkins. Group 2 would run to catch a Group 1 PAX to swap roles. This pattern would continue until all PAX returned to the flag.
