time to get down to LAX field and down to business:
Format: Rep’ counts: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 run lap around parking lot, beginning with next exercise, 3-6-9-12-15-18-21, run lap
BBSU’s with 60 seconds plank between each set of rep’s i.e. 21 bbsu’s, plank 1 min, 18 bbsu’s, plank 1 min…and so on, down to 3 reps, then run lap.
Leg raises w/6 inch, 60 second hold. (audible: 30 second hold at 12 rep’ mark)
Flutter kicks (Alpha-count) with 1 min. plank b/t sets
Freddy Mercury’s (Alpha-count) with 6 inch leg hold (30 seconds b/t sets).
